DESCRIPTION

The D-436-0148 is a MiniSeal crimp splice designed for reliable, environment-resistant wire-to-wire splicing. It consists of a plated copper crimp barrel and a separate, heat-shrinkable, transparent sealing sleeve made from radiation-crosslinked polyvinylidene fluoride. This construction provides excellent insulation, strain relief, and prevents the penetration of liquids to protect electrical integrity. Operating from -55°C to 150°C, these small, lightweight splices are ideal for aerospace and defense applications requiring long-term performance in harsh environments.
