DESCRIPTION

The CW5506-000 is a highly flexible SHF-260 wire intended for high-performance power feeder applications. It is constructed with a nickel-coated copper conductor and modified PFA insulation, providing excellent chemical and fluid resistance. This wire operates over a temperature range of -65°C to +260°C and is rated for 1000 Vrms. Its exceptional flexibility allows for a tight bending radius down to 6 times its diameter, preventing insulation wrinkling or cracking. Typical applications include primary and secondary power distribution in aerospace, defense, and marine systems where high current and routing in confined spaces are necessary.
