DESCRIPTION

The TXR40AB00-1004BI is a straight Tinel-Lock adapter designed to provide robust strain relief and 360° shield termination. Constructed from aluminum alloy with an olive drab cadmium finish, it is compatible with shell size 11 (B) connectors and features an M15 x 1.0 thread. This adapter has a size 04 entry and includes a BI-type Tinel-Lock ring, suitable for terminating single-layer 30/32 AWG or double-layer 34/36 AWG cable braids using a shape-memory alloy ring. This design is ideal for high-reliability, lightweight applications such as aerospace, where consistent performance across temperature cycles and resistance to shock and vibration are critical.
