DESCRIPTION

AP12-1-51-153 is a two-pole DC magnetic circuit protector with short time delay designed for reliable circuit protection and power switching applications. This fully sealed unit operates at a nominal current rating of 15 amperes and features an inverse time delay characteristic that provides accurate, temperature-independent protection across DC circuits. The protector incorporates a toggle switch mechanism for convenient on-off control and includes a three-point panel mount for secure installation. With a DC series resistance of 0.006 ohms at rated current and auxiliary switch rating of 3.0 amps at 120 VAC/50 VDC, this device is suitable for industrial control systems, power distribution panels, and equipment requiring dependable overcurrent protection with minimal nuisance tripping. The short time delay configuration (delay code -51) ensures rapid response to fault conditions while accommodating normal inrush currents.
