DESCRIPTION

102153-1 is a universal ejection pin header connector from TE Connectivity's AMP-LATCH product line, designed for ribbon cable interconnects with preloaded contacts and dual polarizing alignment. The connector features 10 positions with a 2.54 × 2.54 mm (0.100 × 0.100 in) centerline matrix, square contact shape, and gold flash over palladium nickel plating on the mating area for reliable electrical contact. The header has a standard profile with vertical PCB mounting orientation, 0.64 mm (0.025 in) post size, and a termination post length of 2.79 mm (0.110 in) with tin-lead over nickel solder tail plating. The housing is constructed from thermoplastic with glass fiber reinforcement, rated UL 94V-0 for flammability, and is EU RoHS/ELV compliant. This connector is suitable for applications requiring robust interconnection in instrumentation, data acquisition, and industrial control systems where secure mating and reliable signal transmission are essential.
