DESCRIPTION

1045481-1 is an SSMA subminiature coaxial straight cable plug connector designed for flexible cable applications with solder attachment. This connector is engineered for use with RG-174/U, RG-179, RG-187, RG-188, and RG-316 cable types, providing reliable RF signal transmission in compact form factors. The connector features a .250 inch hex coupling nut and includes heat shrink tubing for environmental protection and strain relief. With gold-plated finish on both the outer coupling nut and inner housing soldered to the cable, this connector delivers excellent corrosion resistance and electrical performance. The SSMA connector is widely used in aerospace, defense, and marine applications where space constraints and high-reliability RF interconnections are critical requirements.
