DESCRIPTION

106527-8 is an 8-position dual-row receptacle housing designed for the AMP-DUAC connector system, a high-density wire-to-board and wire-to-wire connector solution. The housing features a 4.2 mm x 4.2 mm centerline spacing and is constructed from polarized nylon material (UL 94V-2, natural color) to ensure proper mating orientation and reliable connections. It accommodates female contacts designed for 26-22 AWG and 22-18 AWG wire sizes, with anti-stubbing contact design and positive latch features to prevent disconnection. The receptacle is rated for 600 VAC, 9 amps maximum current, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. This connector is intermateable with Molex Mini-Fit Jr. series connectors and is commonly used in power applications requiring high-density interconnections with robust mechanical and electrical performance.
