DESCRIPTION

BDS2A1003R3K is a 100W thick film power resistor from the BDS100 series, designed for high-power density applications requiring low inductance. It features a 3.3kO resistance value with ±10% tolerance, series inductance of less than 40nH, and operates within a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The resistor offers a power density of 10.5W/cm² in a compact 38mm x 25mm Isotrop case with M4 terminals and 2.5kVac rms isolation voltage. With partial discharge less than 10pC at 2kV and insulation resistance greater than 100GO, this resistor is ideal for snubbing, filtering, balancing, and high-voltage/high-frequency applications where reliability and thermal performance are critical.
