DESCRIPTION

1-179228-0 is a 10-position receptacle assembly from the Hybrid Mini-Drawer connector series, designed for mixed signal and power applications. This connector features dimensions of A: 18.0 mm, B: 20.8 mm, and C: 22.0 mm, with a natural-colored housing that is also available in blue, yellow, and black. The housing is made of thermoplastic (black), while contacts are copper alloy with gold plating on the mating side over nickel underplate and tin plating on the CT mating side. This connector is ideal for use in low noise power supplies, switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), power factor-correcting (PFC) power supplies, and redundant (N+1) power systems requiring hot-plug capability.
