DESCRIPTION

1445994-2 is a blue 2-pole housing for the AMP Power Series 120 quick connect/disconnect power connector system. This genderless housing features color-coded polycarbonate construction rated UL 94V-0 and is designed for 48V applications with mechanical keys that engage only with connectors of the same color. The housing accommodates cold-headed contacts for 2, 4, and 6 AWG wire sizes with a maximum wire insulation diameter of 0.6" (15.24 mm) and operates over a temperature range of -4°F to 221°F (-20°C to 105°C). Built-in interlocking dovetail features allow stacking and wire routing configurations, while an integral stainless steel locking spring provides secure contact retention. This connector is ideal for battery and power distribution applications requiring reliable quick connect/disconnect capability.
