DESCRIPTION

1-5120526-1 is a 64-position fine pitch SMT plug connector designed for parallel board-to-board stacking applications in IEEE 1386 mezzanine architectures. This connector features a 1.0mm [.039] contact pitch with 50µ" gold plating on the contact area and is available with a pickup cap for automated placement. The plug includes locating posts for accurate hand or robotic placement and offers stack heights suitable for various board spacing requirements. Key performance characteristics include a current rating of 1.0 ampere per contact, contact resistance of 30 milliohms maximum, and durability tested to 100 mating cycles minimum. The connector meets EIA-700 AAAB specifications and is RoHS compliant, making it ideal for adding local PCI or Sbus performance to Futurebus+ and VMEbus applications.
