DESCRIPTION

1-530780-0 is a 2-row right-angle pin header assembly connector qualified to MIL-C-55302 for flow soldering applications in aerospace, defense, and marine environments. The connector features a 0.100 inch (2.54 mm) centerline spacing and is available in multiple position configurations ranging from 10 to 180 positions, with dimensions varying accordingly. The housing is manufactured in accordance with MIL-C-55302 specifications, and contacts are fabricated from brass per QQ-B-626, plated with a minimum of 0.000050 inch gold in the contact area and 0.000100 inch tin-lead on the tail over 0.000050 inch nickel on the entire contact. This connector is designed for high-reliability interconnection in military aerospace, ground defense, missile defense, and space applications where robust performance and compliance with military standards are essential.
