DESCRIPTION

The 1-5745968-6 is a 25-position, size 3, AMPLIMITE HD-20 series straight posted plug connector designed for PCB mounting. It features a tin-plated steel front metal-shell, a black 94V-0 rated thermoplastic housing, and is preloaded with size 20 DF posted pin contacts made of brass. The contacts have gold flash plating on the mating end and tin on the termination end over a nickel underplate, and the connector includes fixed female 4-40 screwlocks for secure mating. With a post length of 0.170 inches , it is recommended for PCB thicknesses from 0.093 to 0.125 inches . This RoHS compliant connector provides a reliable interface for various electronic applications requiring a robust D-sub connection to a printed circuit board.
