DESCRIPTION

170604-1 is a 0.250-inch Faston quick disconnect receptacle terminal designed for wire and cable termination using compression crimp technology. The terminal features a brass contact base with tin plating, a closed barrel design, and straight terminal orientation, accommodating wire sizes from 2050 to 5180 CMA. It is constructed with nylon insulation material (partially insulated), has a mating tab width of 6.35 mm (0.25 in) and thickness of 0.81 mm (0.032 in), with dimple-type mating retention. The terminal is rated for 300 V and features normal insertion force with single connection capacity, making it suitable for automotive, industrial, and general electrical applications requiring reliable quick-disconnect functionality.
