DESCRIPTION

171825-6 is a vertical mount post header connector without kink, part of TE Connectivity's Economy Interconnection Series (EIS) designed for wire-to-board applications. This 6-position header features tin plating and a 2.5mm centerline pitch, providing a compact and economical solution for high-density wiring connections. The connector is rated for 250V with current ratings ranging from 2A (30 AWG) to 5A (20 AWG) and operates within a temperature range of -20°C to 95°C. It mates with standard crimp receptacle connectors (171822), low profile receptacle connectors (172142), and IDC receptacle connectors (172053) for reliable wire-to-board termination. Common applications include industrial machinery, factory automation, business equipment, household appliances, and consumer electronics.
