DESCRIPTION

1735481-6 is a PCB mount receptacle connector designed for vertical board-to-board interconnection with 140 signal positions and a 0.8 mm centerline pitch. The connector features gold-plated mating contacts with copper alloy base material, tin-plated PCB termination area (2 µm thickness), and surface mount termination with rectangular posts measuring 0.3 mm width by 0.2 mm thickness. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C with a maximum contact current rating of 0.5 A per position, dielectric withstanding voltage of 500 VAC, and insulation resistance of 2 MO. The connector includes positioning bosses for PCB alignment, polarization for mating alignment, and a connector height of 17 mm with stackable configuration options. This receptacle is ideal for high-density board-to-board applications in telecommunications, computing, and industrial equipment requiring reliable signal distribution across multiple positions.
