DESCRIPTION

The 1761682-3 is a low-profile right-angle pin header connector from the AMP-LATCH product line, designed for high-temperature ribbon cable interconnect applications. It features 10 positions with a 2.54 mm (0.100 in) centerline matrix spacing, preloaded gold-plated contacts on a phosphor bronze base, and a shrouded 4-sided housing made of PCT-GF material with UL 94V-0 flammability rating. The connector includes a 0.64 mm (0.025 in) post size, 2.90 mm (0.114 in) termination post length with tin-over-nickel solder tail plating, and supports wave soldering at temperatures up to 265°C. This design is ideal for applications requiring reliable, compact interconnections in high-temperature environments, with daisy-chain capability and RoHS/ELV compliance ensuring compatibility with modern manufacturing standards.
