DESCRIPTION

The 1-87499-7 is a single-row receptacle housing assembly part of the AMPMODU Mod IV Interconnection System, designed for wire-to-board connections with dual cantilever contact beams and built-in anti-overstress features. The housing features a .100 inch [2.54 mm] centerline spacing with low-profile outrigger design and end-stackable configuration, accommodating up to 100 positions. The glass-filled thermoplastic housing is rated 94V-0 and available in both stamped and unstamped variants, with contact plating options including duplex gold and matte tin finishes on nickel underplate. The assembly supports a contact current rating of 3 amperes with termination resistance of 12 milliohms maximum for beryllium copper contacts, and is recognized by Underwriters Laboratories (File No. E28476) and certified by Canadian Standards Association (File No. LR 7189).
