DESCRIPTION

1958543-1 is a nickel-plated copper ring terminal designed for terminating 12-10 AWG solid or stranded wire to M6 studs. The terminal features annealed copper construction per ASTM-B-152 with a nickel plating of 0.00762 mm minimum external thickness per SAE AMS QQ-N-290. It accommodates a wire cross-sectional area range of 2.52–6.64 mm² and has a maximum recommended operating temperature of 343°C. The terminal includes serrations for secure wire grip and is suitable for high-temperature electrical connection applications requiring reliable conductivity and corrosion resistance.
