DESCRIPTION

2015699-1 is an ultraminiature coaxial cable assembly designed for high-frequency wireless interconnect applications. The assembly features a 0.81 mm outer diameter cable with 100 mm length, equipped with Type III UMCC connectors and a mated height of 2.5 mm, providing an ultra-low profile solution for space-constrained applications. The cable exhibits an impedance of 50±2 Ohms, velocity of propagation of 70%, and a center conductor resistance of 1.450 Ohms/meter, with a voltage rating of 60 VAC. The cable construction includes a silver-plated copper center conductor (stranded 7/0.05 mm), FEP or PFA dielectric, silver-plated copper braid shield with >90% coverage, and FEP or PFA jacket, supporting a minimum bend radius of 5 mm for single bends and 30 mm for continuous flexing. This assembly is ideal for wireless LAN, Mini PCI, mobile antenna, GPS, and radio system applications where miniaturization and reliable RF performance are essential.
