DESCRIPTION

311P409-3S-B-15 is a non-magnetic crimp receptacle from the AMPLIMITE Series 109 standard density connector family, designed for high-reliability aerospace and defense applications. This NASA-qualified connector features 25 contact positions in a shell size 3 configuration, with a brass gold-plated shell and copper alloy retention clips meeting MIL-DTL-24308 specifications. Key dimensions include A: 1.511 in (38.38 mm), B: 0.311 in (7.9 mm), C: 1.852 in (47.04 mm), D: 2.088 in (53.04 mm), and E: 1.625 in (41.3 mm). The socket contacts are made of copper alloy with gold plating 0.000050-0.000100 in thick over copper underplate, supporting wire sizes from 20-28 AWG. This connector is ideal for applications requiring non-magnetic properties and NASA-level qualification in aerospace, satellite, and precision instrumentation systems.
