DESCRIPTION

2118730-2 is a two-piece board level shielding (BLS) frame component designed to provide electromagnetic interference (EMI) suppression and isolation of board-level components. The frame is manufactured from nickel silver, galvanized and pre-plated cold rolled steel (CRS) with a material thickness of 0.20 mm and dimensions of 44.00 mm length × 30.50 mm width × 3.00 mm height. Key technical features include a pitch of castellation and locking holes of 3 mm minimum, an inner bending radius of 0.10 mm minimum, and co-planarity of 0.08 mm (size dependent).
