DESCRIPTION

The 2-1571551-6 is a closed-frame DIP socket from TE Connectivity's DIPLOMATE 500 Series, designed for vertical mounting on printed circuit boards. It features 20 positions with a standard profile and 7.62 mm row-to-row spacing, utilizing stamped and formed beryllium copper contacts rated for 3 A maximum contact current. The socket employs a 2.54 mm centerline pitch, thermoplastic polyester housing, and through-hole termination posts of 3.18 mm length, with a height of 4.57 mm above the PCB.
