DESCRIPTION

609-0600MLF is a military polarized female socket connector designed for ribbon cable interconnect solutions. It features 6 contact positions with 0.100 inch [2.54 mm] centerline spacing and is rated for 0.100 x 0.100 [2.54 x 2.54] mating grid centers. The connector housing is constructed from flame retardant UL 94V-0 rated thermoplastic in black, with phosphor bronze contacts plated with 0.000100 inch [0.00254 mm] minimum tin on the termination end and 0.000030 inch [0.00762 mm] minimum gold on the mating end over 0.000050 inch [0.00127 mm] minimum nickel. The connector is RoHS compliant and recognized under the UL Component Program (UL File No. E28476). This connector is commonly used in military and aerospace applications requiring reliable polarized interconnections with precise dimensional tolerances and robust contact plating specifications.
