DESCRIPTION

2213600-2 is a sealed CoolSplice large wire connector designed for splicing wires ranging from 12/14 AWG (4.0/2.5 mm²) to 16/18 AWG (1.5/0.75 mm²). This gel-filled connector features push button termination using a common pair of pliers, with independent left and right side termination for easy factory or field installation. The connector is rated for currents up to 20A at 600V for 12 AWG wire and offers IP20, IPX5, IPX7, and IPX8 ingress protection ratings. It operates within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 75°C and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The polycarbonate housing is UL 94V-2 rated with tin-plated copper alloy contacts, making it ideal for outdoor lighting, roadway, signage, and architectural lighting applications.
