DESCRIPTION

2-320631-1 is a pre-insulated solderless terminal designed for 16-14 AWG wire sizes (1.04-2.62 mm²) with yellow/black color-coded insulation for easy identification. The terminal features a copper barrel with tin plating per ASTM B-545 for high corrosion resistance and exceptional tensile strength through internal serration or dimple features. Dimensional specifications include a W dimension of 0.714 inches (18.11 mm), C dimension of 0.556 inches (14.12 mm), E dimension of 0.2057 inches (5.22 mm), and L dimension of 0.242 inches (6.15 mm), with a maximum wire insulation diameter of 0.584 inches (14.83 mm). The terminal accommodates a 1/2 inch stud size and is available in both loose piece and tape-mounted configurations. These terminals are UL, CSA, and Military approved, making them suitable for applications ranging from control circuits to heavy-duty power wiring where reliable termination and high dielectric strength are essential.
