DESCRIPTION

The 2423984-1 is a rectangular EMI connector gasket from the Kemtron 92 Series, designed to provide electromagnetic interference shielding. It is constructed as a conductive sheet with a silicone binding and a silver-plated aluminum (Ag/Al) filler, which provides a maximum volume resistivity of .008 Ω.cm. The gasket measures 0.8 mm in thickness and 50.8 mm in width, and is rated for a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 160°C. Compatible with connector shell size 28, this gasket is ideal for applications requiring robust EMI protection, such as those involving MIL-DTL-5015 connectors.
