DESCRIPTION

320629 is a pre-insulated solderless terminal designed for reliable wire termination in control circuits and power wiring applications. This terminal accommodates 22-16 AWG wire (509-3,260 circular mils or 0.26-1.65 mm²) and features a 6 stud size with red insulation for easy identification by wire gauge. The terminal has a maximum wire diameter of 0.125 inches (3.18 mm) and dimensions of W: 0.302 inches (7.67 mm), C: 0.312 inches (7.92 mm), E: 0.716 inches (18.19 mm), and L: 0.846 inches (21.49 mm). The serration feature inside the terminal barrel provides exceptional barrel contact and tensile strength, while the special plating process creates high resistance to corrosion. These terminals are UL, CSA, and Military approved, making them suitable for demanding applications requiring uniform high-quality terminations.
