DESCRIPTION

3-2271101-1 is a 26-position SCS1 0.050" pitch receptacle header assembly designed for reliable PCB interconnect applications. The connector features copper alloy contacts with 0.3µm gold plating over nickel underplate in the contact area and tin plating in the solder tail area, housed in a UL 94V-0 rated black thermoplastic housing with a zinc diecast metal shell. Key dimensions include A=15.24mm, B=20.24mm, C=31.26mm, D=37.16mm, E=27.26mm, and F=27.6mm, with a recommended PCB thickness of 1.6mm. The assembly uses M2.6 panhead screws with a recommended torque of 0.25-0.35 N-m and supports panel cutouts up to 2mm thick. This connector is suitable for applications requiring secure, high-density board-to-board or cable-to-board connections.
