DESCRIPTION

3-2322421-3 is an M12 cable assembly featuring A8-M straight connectors on both ends with CAT7 cable construction, designed for heavy industrial applications requiring reliable data transmission. The assembly supports a maximum data transmission rate of 1 Gb/s and is rated for 2.0 m cable length with 4 individually shielded pairs at 24 AWG cross-section. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C (without cable boot) or -40°C to 70°C (with cable boot), with a current rating of 2 A and operational voltage of 30 V, meeting IP67 rating and durability specifications of greater than 250 mating cycles. The cable features a ruggedized design with crimped strain relief that eliminates conductor breakage and creates a tamper-proof installation, while conforming to EN 61373 Cat1 Class B and EN 45545-2 HL3 standards for use in public transportation and industrial environments requiring fire and smoke compliance.
