DESCRIPTION

325197 is a pre-insulated ring tongue terminal designed for reliable solderless wire termination in control circuits and power wiring applications. The terminal features a yellow insulation color, copper body with tin plating per ASTM B-545, and is rated for 16-14 AWG wire sizes (1.04-2.62 mm²). It accommodates an M3.5 stud size with dimensions of 0.290 inches width, 0.218 inches contact minimum, 0.809 inches eye maximum, and 0.954 inches length maximum, with a maximum wire insulation diameter of 5.84 inches. The serration feature inside the terminal barrel provides exceptional barrel contact and tensile strength, while the nylon insulation (UL 94V-2) offers high dielectric strength and corrosion resistance through specialized plating processes. This terminal is ideal for applications requiring high-speed production terminations with uniform quality and reliable electrical connections.
