DESCRIPTION

The 34824 is a pre-insulated solderless terminal designed for reliable wire termination in control circuits and power wiring applications. It accommodates 16-14 AWG wire (2.050–5.180 circular mils, 1.04–2.62 mm²) and features an M6 stud connection with a tongue material thickness of 0.033 inches (0.84 mm). The terminal is color-coded yellow/black for easy wire size identification and has a maximum wire insulation diameter of 5.84 mm. It employs tin plating per ASTM B-545 for corrosion resistance and includes serration or dimple features inside the barrel for exceptional contact and tensile strength. The nylon or vinyl insulation provides high dielectric strength, making it suitable for high-speed production terminations where uniform, reliable connections are critical.
