DESCRIPTION

350547-3 is a phosphor bronze pre-tinned loose piece contact designed for 5.0 mm Power Key Connectors (5.0 PKC) wire-to-board applications. This contact is specifically engineered for wire sizes 20-14 AWG (5.2-10 mm²) with an insulation diameter range of 0.060-0.130 inches (1.52-3.30 mm). The contact features a pin length dimension of 0.790 inches (20.06 mm) and is constructed from phosphor bronze material with pre-tin finish, providing excellent corrosion resistance and reliable electrical performance. The contact is compatible with duplex-style connectors and is used in power circuit applications, particularly for home appliances and gas appliances where robust, reliable connections are essential. This loose piece contact is suitable for both manual assembly and automated crimping processes using compatible HDM applicators.
