DESCRIPTION

350558-1 is a pin contact designed for use in 5.0 mm Power Key Connectors (5.0 PKC) wire-to-board applications. This contact is constructed from brass with a pre-tin plating finish and is supplied in strip form for automated assembly. It accommodates dual 18 AWG wires or a single 18 AWG with 1.2 mm² wire in a stacked configuration with a maximum insulation diameter of 2.92 mm. The contact is compatible with HDM applicator part number 687898-1 and hand tool 91504-1 for crimping operations. These connectors are commonly used in power circuits for home appliances, particularly gas appliances, where reliable power connections are essential.
