DESCRIPTION

The 350654-7 is a grounding pin contact designed for use within the Universal MATE-N-LOK connector system. This pin is 0.100 inches (2.54 mm) longer than standard pins, ensuring it establishes a ground connection first and breaks last. It is made from brass with a select gold plating and is designed for a wire size range of 20 to 14 AWG, accommodating wire insulation diameters from 0.060 to 0.130 inches. Its mate-first, break-last functionality provides a critical safety feature by ensuring a stable ground path before power circuits are connected, and it is not intended for interrupting current.
