DESCRIPTION

The 35363 is a pre-insulated solderless terminal designed for reliable wire termination in control circuits and power wiring applications. It accommodates 16-14 AWG (2.050-5.180 mm²) wire sizes and features a 10 stud size with yellow/black color-coded insulation for easy identification. The terminal incorporates a serration or dimple feature inside the barrel for exceptional contact and tensile strength, combined with a special plating process that provides high resistance to corrosion. The nylon insulation delivers high dielectric strength, and the funnel entry design allows for easy wire insertion during high-speed production. This terminal is UL, CSA, and Military Approved, making it suitable for demanding applications requiring uniform, high-quality terminations using AMP application tooling.
