DESCRIPTION

The 031-004-002 is a Standard MAG-MATE insulation displacement crimp (IDC) terminal designed for magnet wire terminations. This terminal eliminates the need for pre-stripping conductors and post-insulating the connection, as excess magnet wire is automatically trimmed during the process. The Standard MAG-MATE family accommodates a magnet wire range of 34-12 AWG and can simultaneously terminate two magnet wires of the same size in a single terminal. This technology provides a clean, gas-tight electrical connection, making it ideal for applications in motor windings, coil connections, transformers, and power supplies.
