DESCRIPTION

4-2381880-1 is an illuminated PBES16 series pushbutton emergency stop switch designed for ruggedized industrial applications. This variant features LED illumination rated at 12V DC with 24mA current consumption and includes a normally open (NO) contact configuration. The switch meets IEC 60947-5-1 and IEC 60947-5-5 standards, with an IP65 rating for harsh environment resistance and a high actuation force of 20N to prevent accidental activation. It supports panel mounting with a 16mm hole, operates reliably over -25°C to +55°C, and delivers over 100,000 mechanical operations and 50,000 electrical operations. The switch is ideal for emergency stop applications in industrial control systems, machinery safety circuits, and hazardous environment installations where reliable illuminated feedback and fail-safe operation are essential.
