DESCRIPTION

The 42531-1 is a brass receptacle connector manufactured by TE Connectivity/AMP brand, designed for use with 4.57 mm [0.180 inch] diameter pins in continuous strip reel format. This connector accommodates wire sizes from 20–16 AWG with insulation diameters ranging from 2.29–3.05 mm [0.090–0.120 inches], providing flexibility for various wire gauges. The receptacle features brass material construction with no finish coating, and includes dimensional specifications with Section A-A measuring 3.51 mm [1.138 inches] reference and Section B-B measuring 4.65 mm [0.183 inches] reference.
