DESCRIPTION

4-644769-6 is a PCB header connector designed for wire-to-board interconnection applications. The header features straight posts with 0.025 inch square cross-section and 0.100 inch (2.54 mm) typical centerline spacing, with duplex gold plating on the mating end of posts and tin plating on the solder tail. The overall length is determined by multiplying 0.100 inches by the number of posts minus 0.012 inches, providing flexible configuration for various position counts. This connector is RoHS lead-free compliant and supports mateability with standard connector halves as detailed in the product matrix. Common applications include printed circuit board headers, trim connectors, and preloaded connector assemblies used in industrial and commercial electronic equipment.
