DESCRIPTION

500030-1 is a black outdoor polyethylene spiral cable wrap designed to bundle and protect wire, cable, tubing, and hoses with continuous abrasion protection. The wrap features an external diameter of 0.250 inches (6.4 mm), an internal diameter of 0.162 inches (4.12 mm), and a wall thickness of 0.045 inches (1.14 mm), with a helical pitch of 0.375 inches (9.53 mm). It accommodates bundle diameters ranging from 0.188 to 2.000 inches (4.76 to 50.80 mm) and operates reliably across a temperature range of -94 to 179°F (-70 to 81°C). The pre-wound wrap self-contracts after application to form a tight, uniform protective jacket, and is supplied in 50-foot lengths per box, making it economical and quick to apply for cable management and protection in outdoor environments.
