DESCRIPTION

5-103958-2 is a single-row strip form receptacle assembly designed for wire-to-board interconnection applications within the AMPMODU MTE system. This 2-position receptacle features a 0.100 inch [2.54 mm] centerline spacing and is designed for 26-22 AWG [0.12-0.3 mm²] wire termination with Plating A contact finish. The housing is constructed from glass-filled thermoplastic rated 94V-0 for flame retardancy, with duplex gold plating on the contact area and matte tin on the solder area over nickel underplate. Supplied in strip form with 8 housings per strip segment, this receptacle assembly is ideal for automated assembly processes in electronic equipment requiring reliable signal connections.
