DESCRIPTION

530758-5 is a 70-position 2-row pin housing assembly designed for crimp contacts in accordance with MIL-C-55302 qualification standards. The housing features a standard box configuration with 0.100 inch centerline spacing and is constructed from glass-filled polyester material (GLCP-30F) per MIL-M-24519, with passivated stainless steel turnable jackscrews for secure mating. The assembly accommodates brass crimp contacts with gold over nickel finish (0.000050 inch each layer) and supports wire ranges from 26-22 AWG with insulation diameter range of 0.036-0.054 inches. This connector is widely used in aerospace, defense, and marine applications where reliable high-density interconnections and environmental sealing are required, offering proven performance in demanding military and commercial avionics systems.
