DESCRIPTION

5352521-1 is a Hard Metric Backplane PCB Mount Header designed for board-to-board mezzanine interconnect applications supporting data rates up to 1 Gb/s. This Z-PACK 2mm HM series connector features 154 signal positions arranged in a 25-column by 7-row configuration with a 2 mm centerline pitch and vertical PCB mount orientation. The connector utilizes phosphor bronze contacts with gold-plated mating areas (1.27 µm thickness) and tin-plated termination areas, supporting a maximum contact current rating of 1.5 A. It employs through-hole press-fit termination and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. This connector is ideal for backplane and mezzanine applications in telecommunications, computing, and industrial equipment where reliable high-density signal and power connections are required.
