DESCRIPTION

5-750450-1 is a 50-position panel mount receptacle assembly from TE Connectivity's AMPLIMITE .050 Series high-density D-subminiature connector family. This connector features rails, latch blocks, and assembled standard termination covers, with gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts utilizing a compact .050 x .100 inch (1.27 x 2.54 mm) grid spacing. The bracket is constructed of zinc with nickel over copper plating, and contacts feature duplex plating with minimum .000030 inch (0.00076 mm) gold on the mating end and bright tin in the termination area. It supports 28 AWG (0.08-0.09 mm²) or 30 AWG (0.05 mm²) wire with insulation diameter of .029-.036 inch (0.74-0.89 mm) via insulation displacement contact (IDC) termination. This connector is ideal for high-density interconnect applications requiring reliable panel mounting with secure latching mechanisms.
