DESCRIPTION

5786557-7 is a 68-position vertical receptacle header from the AMPLIMITE .050 Series, featuring Action Pin tails for reliable PCB mounting. This high-density D-subminiature connector utilizes gold-plated tab and tuning fork contacts on a compact .050 x .100 inch (1.27 x 2.54 mm) grid spacing. The housing is made of thermoplastic with 94V-0 flammability rating and is SMT compatible, while contacts are phosphor bronze with duplex plating featuring minimum .000030 inch (0.00076 mm) gold on the mating end. This connector variant does not include rails, latchblocks, or boardlocks. It is ideal for applications requiring high-density interconnections in data and device systems.
