DESCRIPTION

5787082-3 is a 40-position right angle receptacle connector from the AMPLIMITE .050 Series, designed for high-density D-type interface applications. This connector features latchblocks and boardlocks for secure PCB mounting, with a solder tail length of 0.100 inches (2.54 mm) and a compact 0.050 x 0.100 inch (1.27 x 2.54 mm) centerline grid spacing. The housing is constructed from thermoplastic rated 94V-0 in black and is SMT compatible, while the shell is steel plated with bright nickel over copper. Contacts are phosphor bronze with duplex plating featuring a minimum of 0.000030 inches (0.00076 mm) gold on the mating end and tin on the solder end, all nickel underplated. This connector is ideal for data and device interconnect applications requiring reliable, high-density connections.
