DESCRIPTION

5917631-1 is a 40-position board-to-board plug connector from the .050 CHAMP Series I, designed for through-hole PCB termination. It features a vertical mounting orientation with a 1.27 mm (0.05 in) centerline pitch and a dual-row configuration. The connector utilizes gold-plated contact mating areas with 0.3 µm plating thickness and tin-plated solder tails, with copper alloy as the contact base material. The black thermoplastic housing meets UL 94V-0 flammability rating and the product is EU RoHS and ELV compliant. This plug assembly is designed for use with receptacle assemblies in board-to-board interconnect applications requiring reliable signal transmission.
