DESCRIPTION

The 6-104549-1 is a double-row, right-angle shrouded header connector designed for board-to-board interconnection applications within the AMPMODU System 50 connector family. This connector features a 0.050 inch (1.27 mm) typical centerline spacing and is available in multiple position configurations ranging from 10 to 100 positions, with corresponding dimension A values from 0.380 inches (9.65 mm) to 2.630 inches (66.80 mm). The contacts are constructed from copper alloy with duplex plating: 0.000030 inches (0.00076 mm) gold in the mating area and 0.000150 inches (0.00381 mm) tin on solder posts, with the entire contact underplated with 0.000050 inches (0.00127 mm) nickel for enhanced durability and reliability. The connector is RoHS compliant and is commonly used in high-density interconnection scenarios where space efficiency and reliable board-to-board connections are essential, such as in telecommunications, computing, and industrial control systems.
