DESCRIPTION
The 6-106506-2 is an AMPLIMITE HD-20 subminiature D right-angle posted socket connector designed for PCB mounting applications. It features 15 contact positions with solder termination and is equipped with boardlocks for secure mounting. The connector utilizes phosphor bronze socket contacts with duplex plating (0.000030 inch gold on mating end and tin on termination end with nickel underplate), providing reliable electrical performance and corrosion resistance. The housing is constructed from UL 94V-0 rated thermoplastic in black, with a steel tin-plated front shell for EMI/RFI shielding.
